WBN European Regional Conference in Vienna

On 29 and 30 January, WBN (Worldwide Broker Network) held its European regional conference in Vienna.
The international teams Verlingue, France, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, were at the rendezvous to strengthen the synergies of the group, as well as those of the WBN network of partner brokers: Benjamin Verlingue, Adolfo Almazo, Chrystelle Deas, Natalia Joly, Kenza Ait Mesghat, Axel Zoma, Yanina Bielous, Annabelle Baylac, Marco Buholzer, Linus Fuchs, Teresa Knecht-Bagnato, Anthony Horton, Mark Pugh, Jack Fretwell, Thomas Healy.
Discussions with the managers of the various partner brokers focused on common files (customers and prospects).
Among the highlights of this business event, bringing together brokers from all over the world, Adolfo Almazo, Head of Programs and International Networks Verlingue participated in a round table alongside Martin Flink from Soderberg & Partners and Maria Veleva from Balkan Insurance Brokers.
The discussions, moderated by Liz Yovich, Engagement & Employee Benefits at WBN, focused on feedback, talent acquisition and retention, work-life balance, and the pros and cons of being in the office 5 days a week.
It was also an opportunity to highlight the importance of attracting, retaining and developing talent within the WBN network.
It should be noted that this new European conference reached a record number of participants with more than 160 brokers present. For the first time, most of the U.S. broker partners as well as those from the Middle East were also gathered.
